BCS welcomes Lord Mayor of Cork - Cllr Dan Boyle

The staff and students of BCS were delighted to welcome the Lord Mayor of Cork today. Thank you Councillor Dan Boyle for the thought provoking address to senior students about the importance of active citizenship in protecting and preserving the environment. Students were encouraged to utilise environmentally friendly modes of transport & to become more conscious of food waste. The student body posed questions about the environment, infrastructure in Cork & Cllr Dan Boyles political goals while holding the office of Lord Mayor.
